Acro (they/them) is a neurodivergent dark fantasy author whose stories explore the razor’s edge between vengeance and hope. A man with a beard wearing headphones and a backward cap looks focused at a computer screen. He is outdoors against a brick wall.

born of blood and ruin:

In the gilded heights of the elven citadel, purity is power. The high-born bask in eternal beauty, sustained by the Gift of vampirism, while the half-bloods serve, bleed, and die to uphold their perfection.

Vaelen was meant to rise above them all, chosen to receive the Gift, destined to join the ranks of the immortal elite. But one cursed bite shattered everything, twisting his ascension into ruin and casting him down among the very people he once despised.

Now hunted by his own kind and haunted by what he’s become, Vaelen is forced to choose between vengeance and survival. As rebellion brews in the shadows, he must decide whether to reclaim the power that destroyed him or burn the world that made him.

Born of Blood and Ruin is a dark fantasy tale of power, corruption, and the cost of defiance, where even salvation comes at a price, dressed in blood.

The First shadow:

Thousands of years before the events of Born of Blood and Ruin, six elves uncovered a power they were never meant to touch.

The Gift changes them, mind, body, hunger, and unleashes a darkness that twists the kingdom from within. Sylven’s dream of purity becomes doctrine. His hunger becomes law. And the city’s future becomes the war readers will one day recognize.

This is the first sin.

The first blood.

The first step toward the world Vaelen inherits.

Every story has a beginning.

This one is written in crimson.
